You must SAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING in order for us to process the claim and quickly process your order.

We will do everything in our power to re-ship and get the items to you for your shower.

If a shipment has been delayed (NOT due to weather conditions or Acts of God) and is the carrier's fault, we will also submit a claim on your behalf. Call us at 1-866-242-4646 to let us know. Thank you!
